XR
Seats, How does the XR seat fit the frame?
(2005.Jun.07) |
|
We hope that the
supplier will be building an instruction manual
soon. The hardest part is probably the seat. The
webbing at the back and top of the seat is to
connect to the side bars not the back axle. The
straps on the bottom of the seat are for the back
axle. wind up any extra webbing to keep thing from
flying around. |

|
Splash Guards, How do
they connect (2005.Jun.07) |
|
On a Comp XR buggy, the
splash guard should clip to the bottom of the seat.
The webbing and stretch fabric are longer so that
one size splash guards fits all buggies. |
 |
|
The front of the splash
guard should go around the fork with the logo facing
up so that it's visible from the rider's perspective
when seated. |

Assembly Manuals

manual, please contact us
with your question and we'll post the answer here.

How do I
put Extra Wide Wheels
on
a Competition ST Buggy? |
All the fittings for
wheels on the Competition ST are 12mm. On the back
axle, you can simple replace the standard wheel
(part # BWPL0112 [4.8/4.0-8, 12mm bearings]) with an
Extra Wide Wheel (part # BWPL0312 [16/6.50-8, 12mm
bearings]) without any additional parts. However the
front fork will need to be replaced with a wider one
(part # BFPL0021 Front fork extra wide wheel ST /
Folding).

How do two
buggies tandem
together? |
There is a stock part
Tandem kit for 31.8 mm rear axle. This only
works when using Comp ST buggies. There is a
universal one that is made with webbing that works
with the others. Please specify what buggies you
have when ordering.

Will the
Big Foot axle fix on an
XR Buggy? |
The Big Foot axle can
also be used on a Comp ST, but not on the XR buggy.
The Big Foot axle diameter is 32mm which is the same
as the Comp ST. The XR axle diameter is 45mm. Also
the sidebar diameter of the Big Foot and Comp ST are
the same, 25mm. Whereas the sidebar on the XR buggy
is 32mm.
