Rider Profiles - One of the youngest and upcoming
wind riders in Canada |
|
This talks about
|
|
At 13 year of age and just 90 pounds, Robert B. is
one of Canada's youngest wind riders. He's been riding for two years since the winter
2003/2004 season. He's had two successful winter
seasons and this is his first season on the water.
Robert's favorite all around board is a Liquid Force
120. For lighter winds he prefers his homemade
plywood finless. |
 |
 |
Robert prefers riding the Peter Lynn Twin Skin
Guerilla-II because of it's stability. He says "he
likes the stability because it allows me to focus on
my board skills". Even in gusty conditions, Robert
finds it no problem to stay up wind. After flying an
LEI, he still prefers the Twin Skins. His favorite
harness is a Peter Lynn seat harness with a
Spinning Swivel
Spreader. |
|
Robert can be seen riding regularly on his Peter
Lynn Zero 4 bar on 20m lines with his father Steve in Keswick,
Ontario at Kite Beach. Steve says "compared to other
kites like the Contra, the Twin Skins are so easy to
re-launch from the water." |
