Our Service
Of course we could tell you that we're better than everyone else because we're cheaper or because we have the best products. Many people will tell you that about their business, but we believe that we can help you get the right products once we understand where you are and where you want to go and we'll get you their safely.

Our Service has many aspects that affect you as the customer.

Consider this story for example. A potential customer calls one of our dealers looking for the cheapest price on a brand new kite. By brand new we mean hot products in the market right now like the Peter Lynn Venom. They've picked a great kite, but their focus is now on price. There is no consideration given to lessons or sales support. They wait quite a long time before stock is in to get that price from outside the country. They save a few dollars by purchasing from outside the country. They've now lost some riding time for the wait (subtract from their savings on the deal price). They finally get their kite and who knows what they had to do at customs and what duties will they had to pay. They may have even smuggled it in, heaven forbid. Now they start flying the kite, but they know better so they don't take any lessons from us. They crash the kite and it gets damaged. The warranty is possibly with the person that sold the kite in the other country. How much extra will it cost to ship and/or get it repaired. (subtract from their savings on the deal price)?

They actually purchased two kites and now they can only fly the second one in certain wind conditions; again lost riding time (subtract from their savings on the deal price). Because of their lack of experience they now crash the second kite. In the mean time the first kite has returned. Again the customer is in the same scenario of getting it repaired possibly with the business out of the country. More lost riding time (subtract from their savings on the deal price). So now look at the customer. Both of his kites have had repairs. He's had a lot of missed riding time. They haven't learned what they're doing wrong. Possibly they have, but it's cost them both in riding time, money and unnecessary damaged equipment. The customer was looking for a deal and has spent more money in lost riding time and equipment repairs and they're still uneducated as far as flying safely and responsibly.

We supply you with information when you buy products that will help guide you on your path. We have a network of resources that have an incredible amount of kiting experience. This includes our suppliers, our dealers, even our customers and lastly ourselves. When you buy from us, you are buying access to this service and knowledgebase. You'll be a better kite flyer in the end and will likely have more fun.

Our goal is to sell you the right equipment and services you need and to do it safely with an informed support network; not just sell you a piece of equipment. We strongly encourage lessons if you're just starting out. There's absolutely no need try to learn some of these sports by yourself. You'll be a knowledgeable and safe rider in the end.

Our Products
Our main kite product line Peter Lynn Kite Products has been the focus of our business. We believe in their products and feel that they are committed to the growth of the power kiting market. Since that time, we have taken on additional products like Grivel Ice Screws, Kestrel Wind Instruments, Q-PowerLine kite line, Decay Kite Surfing Boards, Ground Industries All Terrain Boards, Vector kite line, Excel carbon spars, Semnoz Kite Surfing DVDs and the most recent acquisition to complement our product line, the human-powered Pumpabike Hydrofoil. Being riders and seekers ourselves, we look for products that we would want to use too. We're not interested in selling you something that we wouldn't want to use ourselves. We try to get as much experience as possible on the products we sell so we know what we're talking about - so we can relate our experience to your growth. We've been riding long before kite surfing existed and plan on riding as long as we physically can. By the way, Grant still rides with his friend Steve who's now in his late seventies. If you're in your 30s or 40s and riding, that means by the time it's almost over you'll likely be a ambassador of kiting.
