Rebble The NEW Peter
Lynn Rebble (2004)
The Peter Lynn Rebble is a
new land based, open cell, foil kite thats designed
for buggies, Landboarding and snow kiting. It has
been developed so that any competent kite flier can
use it. Using the latest technology Peter Lynn has
created a kite with amazing flying characteristics
and great stability. The Rebble will be available in
four sizes.
Performance
The Rebble is designed
using a partial self-stabilizing profile. This
intermediate to high performance profile makes the
Rebble a very efficient kite with a very stable
feel.
The Rebble is made from state of the art Chikara
Ripstop Nylon and uses pre-stretched Dyneema for the
bridles.
Flying characteristics
Easy handling
Steering is predictable and precise, no nasty
surprises!
Stability
Semi-autostable profiles and a smart 3D shape give
the kite excellent stability, in every circumstance.
Gust absorbing and
depowerability
Not only the complete wind range can be covered by a
smaller amount of kites, the kite is also easy to
control in gusty winds.
Great upwind
The Rebble will go upwind easily and delivers
minimal pull with the brake lines released. This
makes the kite very suitable for the
more experienced rider.
2-line and 4-line setup
Normally the Rebble is flown as a 4-line kite
on handles. Two line setup is also easily possible
by taking the front and brake lines together. This
way the kite can be flown on 2-line handles or even
a bar! |
